Privacy Information for California Residents
Effective Date: January 1, 2020
The California Consumer Privacy Act or “CCPA” applies to individuals residing in California. Below, we provide information about our practices and inform individuals of how they can exercise rights provided to them by the CCPA.
Rydables’ Practices with Respect to Personal Information
In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information. For examples of the precise data points as well as the categories of sources of personal information, please see “The Types of Information We Collect” in our main Privacy Notice.

The personal information we collect is for the business and commercial purposes described in the “How We Use Information” section of our main Privacy Notice. To achieve these business purposes, we may share your personal information with third parties as described in the “Who Do We Share Your Information With?” section of our main Privacy Notice. Rydables does not sell your personal information to third parties. We do share identifiers such as cookies and the advertising identifier associated with your mobile device with our advertising partners for our own advertising and analytics purposes. To opt out of this sharing with Rydables and other sites you visit, you may utilize the AdChoices tool found here.
Your Rights Under the CCPA
If you reside in California, you have the right to:
- Request to know and access to the specific pieces and categories of personal information we have collected about you in the past year, the categories of sources of that information, the business or commercial purposes for collecting the information, the categories of third parties with whom we share your personal information, the categories of personal information we have shared about you in the past year, and the categories of third parties with whom we shared your personal information in the past year.
- Request deletion of your personal information (subject to certain exceptions).
Individuals residing in California may make a rights request by calling 1.833.RYDABLES or emailing us at email@example.com. You will need to verify your identity and your request before further action is taken. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. As is your right under the CCPA, we will not discriminate against you in product quality, services, or price if you exercise your privacy rights under the CCPA.
